Invitation Pitch Festival nefia-BAN Social Entrepreneurship Event
9th July 5.30 pm – 7:00 pm (CET+1/Berlin-time) via Zoom
We kindly invite you to our pitch festival on Friday 9th of July, 5.30 – 7:00 pm (CET+1/Berlin-time) in Zoom.
nefia and the Bosch Alumni Network are carrying out a Social Entrepreneurship Event – for nefia, Robert Bosch and Mercator Alumni.
Mercator and Bosch Alumni have one thing in common: the Mercator and Bosch Foundations once chose them for their outstanding skills, their drive and their commitment to social change.
Startups and entrepreneurs are increasingly seen as crucial agents to bring about this social change. However, starting a (social) business is a very rare career path in our alumni group and a lot of ideas with a high potential social impact are never realized.
To address this, we are bringing together 21 alumni from all over Europe. For two weeks, starting on 26th June, the participants will be working on their social business ideas and experience the highs, lows, fun, and pressure of the startup life. Experienced mentors and cofounders will support them in putting their ideas into practice. With like-minded alumni, they will get the chance to dig deeply into creating or or further developing business models that serve the public good.
The weekend climaxes in the Pitch Festival on Friday 9th June. The main purpose is that participants will introduce what they have worked on and that they get support, feedbacks and connections from people who are already in the field of social innovation, social entrepreneurship and systems change.
And that is why we would like to kindly invite you to the session. Please bring 90 minutes of your time and your expertise to support the participants in their thriving. Get to know inspiring people from countries from all over Europe and exchange with them.
In order for us to prepare, please register below.
We are looking forward to seeing you.
Kind regards,
Benjamin Gräub, Christina Hübers and Maria Prahl
